Abstract submission and Registration

　　This is to urge the submission of an extended abstracts (One A4 size page usually) for a pre-conference proceedings. The deadline for abstract submission is Oct 31, 2019. Please submit it electronically to zhair.15b@igsnrr.ac.cn. 

　　A registration fee is required for participants. The registration fee covers attendance of the Conference, Conference layouts, social events and the Conference banquet. The cost of accommodation is additional. The standard registration fee is 150 USD (120 

　　USD for students) for foreign participant. It is 1000 ￥RMB (800 ￥RMB for students) for national participant.

　　zhair.15b@igsnrr.ac.cnby Oct 31, 2019. Payment of registration fee is possible during the duration of the conference. Early registration is recommended because of the limitation on participant numbers and accommodation.
